The HMC800G horizontal machining center adopts a positive T-shaped structure, an integral base, a large-span double-layer wall column. The three axes are equipped with heavy-duty roller guides, endowing the whole machine with high structural rigidity. The machine tool utilizes a forced cooling system for the lead screw bearings and a forced cooling system for the belt-driven spindle, which effectively ensures the accuracy stability of the machine tool. This machine tool is capable of carrying out batch multi-sided machining for parts such as boxes, discs, plates, shells, and machine bases, and is also suitable for the finishing of various molds.
Bed and Main Structure: The whole machine features a positive T-shaped structure, a high-strength integral cast iron base, and a large-span column, which has excellent shock absorption performance and good accuracy retention. With a high-rigidity design, the main structures have undergone stress-strain and finite element analysis.
